About Us

We want to bring high-quality legal services to our clients and generate value for them. Our purpose is to support people in the restoration of their rights and encourage companies of all sizes in protecting their businesses.

Our firm was founded by Laura Daniela Alzate Tobón, a lawyer and Master of Laws from EAFIT University (Colombia). She is a specialist in Insurance Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and in Procedural Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and has a complementary background in Labor Law and Corporate Law.

Her extensive professional career includes her work in the firms of Dr. Alfonso Cadavid Quintero, Dr. Javier Tamayo Jaramillo, in the judicial branch and in the legal team of the Caja de Compensación Familiar de Antioquia – COMFAMA.

She has also cultivated an enriching academic work as a teacher at EAFIT University, in the areas of procedural law and private law, and as the Director of the legal clinic of the same institution.

Social Security Law

We support our clients in managing old-age, disability, and survivors’ pension matters before pension administrators and occupational risk insurers (ARL), including disability rating proceedings, challenges related to ineffective pension fund transfers, and the recovery of contribution weeks.
